The notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any cancelled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a cancelled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client. ​ Refund Should a client fail to provide the required 2 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. ​ Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate your changing schedule and ensure you receive the exceptional service you deserve. ​
