To make sure your booking goes smoothly, please remember the following: • Bring cash with you to clear the balance in case the card machine is out of service • Hair extensions are not included in the price but may be provided upon request. If you will be bringing your hair extensions, please ensure they are washed and ready to install • Do not bring guests (including children) with you to the salon, we do not have a waiting area • Wash, blow dry and straighten is not included in styling – If you want us to wash, blow-dry and/or give a treatment to your hair, you can book one of our bundles, using the following link: www.belsbeautycomplex.com/bundles - If you come for your appointment and your hair is damp or needs blow drying there will be a charge • Please be diligent with your time! We charge a £20 late fee for each 15 minutes of lateness, after 30 minutes your appointment will unfortunately need to be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Clients are required to provide a 48-hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment within 48hours will lead to a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit made but beyond 48hours, you forfeit the entire deposit. It is important to note that a canceled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client.
