Service Description
Our classic Deep Conditioning Treatment is designed to restore moisture, strengthen the hair, and improve overall manageability and shine. This service is ideal for dry, damaged, chemically treated, or brittle hair in need of intensive care. This service includes having your scalp and hair cleansed. Followed by the treatment. A professional-grade deep conditioning formula is applied to penetrate the hair shaft, replenishing lost nutrients and improving elasticity. Heat may be used to enhance absorption and maximise results. The treatment includes a blow-dry only. We will examine the state of your hair and decide if the treatment you booked is what you need. We will make a recommendation for another, which will benefit your hair. We recommend that you have this treatment every 4–5 weeks to maintain healthy, hydrated hair. • Bring cash with you to clear the balance in case the card doesn't work on the day. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Sunday Appointments Appointments before 9:00 AM and after 18:00 PM will cost an extra £10-20. Cancellation Clients are required to provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice when cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any cancelled appointment will lead to the forfeiture of 30% of the deposit made. However, we offer you the option to reschedule the appointment at another suitable time. It is important to note that a cancelled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client. Refund Should a client fail to provide the required 2 working days' notice, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment within our rescheduling timeframe. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments, provided that they do so within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Clients are required to provide a 48-hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment within 48hours will lead to a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit made but beyond 48hours, you forfeit the entire deposit. It is important to note that a canceled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client.
