Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Clients are required to provide a 48-hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling their appointments. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients are to note that any canceled appointment within 48hours will lead to a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit made but beyond 48hours, you forfeit the entire deposit. It is important to note that a canceled appointment represents a lost or wasted opportunity that could have been utilized by another client.Â
